Where do you ship to?
We're passionate about helping parents across the UK, but we ship worldwide. Wherever you are, we'll get Siekho to your door.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are typically delivered within 5-12 business days from the date of purchase. We'll send you a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.
When will my order be processed?
We process orders every day of the week. Once your order is placed, we get to work on it straight away. Carrier collection times may vary depending on the day, but rest assured your order is moving as soon as you place it.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We move quickly to get orders out the door, so please contact us at info@siekho.com within 12 hours of placing your order if you need to make any changes. We'll do our best to help.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
That's on us and we'll make it right. Just email us at info@siekho.com with your order number and a photo of the item, and we'll get a replacement out to you as quickly as possible.
How do I return an item?
If you're not happy with your order, please reach out to us at info@siekho.com first and we'll work through it with you. If a return is needed, we'll provide you with instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive your return and assess the situation, we process your refund immediately. How quickly the funds appear in your account will depend on your payment method and bank but our end is done straight away.
